Packer

Production Worker/Packer Seaham £10.42 per Hour

Shifts:- Monday-Wednesday 7am-5.30pm and Thursday 7am-5pm 

Immediate Start 

Main Responsibilities:-

  • Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage.
  • Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging.
  • Identify and dispose of defective items.
  • Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools, glues, nails, padding, etc.
  • Keep complete records of all materials that go through the warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean work area.

After the completion of a 12 week Temporary Contract there is the opprtunity for this role to be made Permanent

Administrator

Adkins & Cheurfi Recruitment are currently recruiting for a temporary (approx. 3 month assignment) administrator / PA for a well known educational establishment in Newcastle.

Working within the events and catering division, you will provide administrative support to the contract director for the venue, assisting with incoming booking enquiries and passing on information to relevant departments.

This role is a full-time, temporary assignment, starting in early April 2023. With an extremely competitive rate of pay at £13.95 per hour, this position would be great for someone looking for city-centre based work with a busy team in an exciting catering environment.

Administrator and Events Assistant

This role will support the organisation’s Events team and will also provide administration services to sector theme groups, as well as adhoc support to the Chief Executive.

The Events & Admin Assistant role is responsible for providing a pragmatic and pro-active day-to-day general administrative function within the office. We are looking for a highly motivated and customer focused person, this role is based on either a full or part-time basis with flexible working hours (to be discussed upon application).

Key Responsibilities include: –

  • Posting on social media, the company website and utilising mailchimp.

Adkins & Cheurfi are searching for a Developer for a role-based in Exeter.

Adkins & Cheurfi are looking for an experienced Developer to help design, evolve and support our strategic API Management system, together with helping to skill share across the team. This role will be for an initial 6 months, but should be extended for the those who can show the right technical and interpersonal capabilities.

Duties may include

• Developing and extending Python-based AWS Lambda APIs
• Building new Java classes to extend our API Management platform
• Working with the Solutions Architect to design and deliver product features
• Technically Lead the team, including mentoring junior developers
• Assisting testing and peer reviews of technical delivery
• Providing technical advice to internal users of the system

A Data Platform Engineer who can be responsible for the day-to-day management, administration, maintenance, monitoring and modernisation of the University’s data platforms, systems and integrations; applying agile development practices and working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary product team
focused on continuous improvement.

To drive, inform and implement technological solutions taking ideas and/or designs to development into production, working in close collaboration with wider IT team and key business stakeholders.

Responsibilities.

  • Identify, evaluate and translate business requirements to support the development, implementation, updating and testing of datasets, reports, integrations and lead on the development and implementation of the technology roadmap.
  • Lead on the development and implementation of plans for data warehouse modernisation, through the identification, evaluation and translation of business data and reporting requirements.   • Provide system administration for the University’s data platforms and integrations, managing security permissions and role-based access.

Adkins & Cheurfi are searching for a Major Works Project Manager for a role-based in the London, Haringey.

About the Role

  • Plan, monitor, control and successfully project manage an increased range of medium value (predominantly project values from £1,000,000 up to £5,000,000) and/or medium complexity (construction stage will be delivered in a single phase; change will have a impact on council business activity; and or members may show some interest and /or have a role in shaping the project) capital projects (predominantly construction related) from inception to completion under minimal supervision of a Senior Project Manager.
  • Co-ordinate the collection of all relevant advice and information from the appropriate sources that will assist in risk management, decision making and project delivery.
  • Effectively manage the project teams so that the agreed project objectives and success criteria are achieved.
  • Ensure that project records, files and any related documentation are maintained up to date.
  • To carry duties in accordance with the Council’s Health and Safety policies and relevant statutory requirements and obligations.
  • To be able travel, visit and meet at various premises, offices, and construction sites within and outside of the London Borough of Haringey but within the United Kingdom during and outside of core working hours for at least but not limited to two days per week.

About the Role

Under the leadership of the HR Operations management team provide a professional, high quality, accurate customer focussed onboarding, employment screening and compliance service to all our customer groups. Working in partnership with the HR Support Services colleagues, the Resourcing Team and wider HR function to support a seamless on-boarding process and HR transformation.

About You

• Delivery of a high quality, accurate customer focussed onboarding and employment screening service for all our customer groups which are delivered within or exceeding our Service Level Agreements.

• To work closely with the resourcing team to process candidate’s compliance documentation in line with Haringey Council’s Recruitment Policy.

• Responsible for providing a high level of customer service to all candidates, engaging and building relationships.

• Liaising with candidates through the initiation of the compliance software as well as by phone and face to face to assist them through the onboarding/compliance/screening process where necessary.
