Main Responsibilities:-

Looking for an experienced Telesales Account Handler to drive forward telesales programmes to help grow a business to both existing and new customers.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated a record of success in planning, organising and managing projects related to account development, special projects and basic administration.

Main Responsibilities;-

  • Extend business base with existing and new clients
  • Contribute to developing and implementing specific sales campaigns
  • Achieve agreed quarterly sales targets
  • Identify new sales opportunities
  • Manage selected existing customer accounts
  • Achieve daily/weekly /monthly revenue and sales targets
  • To update sales and contact information on networked computer system
  • Assisting marketing drives including social media

Skills Required

  • Previous experience in B2B sales (at least 2 years would be beneficial)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Uses initiative and has a positive can do attitude.
  • A resilient approach and ability to overcome objections.
  • Able to work closely within a small team.
  • Good PC skills

Business Development

Business Development & Marketing within a Law Firm Leeds 

Main Responsibilities:-

• Help to define and promote the unique profile of the firm in the market, as being both international and independent

• Provide strategic BD advice to law firm leadership, practice groups, and partners focused on expanding relationships with existing clients, generating new business leads, and developing new projects and initiatives

• Align practices and offices and bring them closer together through defining and co-ordinating BD activities

• Assist practice groups and partners in the development and implementation of BD plans, and in tracking progress against objectives

• Understand key developments that shape the clients’ industries and the legal profession and share insights internally

• Manage the development of client-specific pitch materials

• Plan and support business development events, including seminars, webinars, and dinners

• Develop marketing and external communications programmes

Due to another successful year of growth, our Gateshead-based Client is looking to expand their sales team and bring on an experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Manager, to source new sales opportunities for telecoms solutions.

The Business Development Executive role will involve securing new clients within a target market, sector, or region for our range of telecom products including, Hosted Telephone Systems, SIP PBX, Leased/Ethernet Lines, FTTP/FTTC fiber broadband.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a ‘New Business’ Gross Profit target, broken down quarterly and monthly
  • Achieve pre-set KPI’s geared towards generating opportunities
  • Devise a strategy for targeting your agreed market, sector, or region
  • Follow up on referrals and any new leads provided
  • To liaise with internal staff to ensure new business is provisioned correctly
  • Update the CRM system with all activity and complete other ad hoc reports on request
  • Provide regular, accurate sales forecasts
  • Completing sales visits, discussing business and telecoms requirements, and articulating how the company can address these needs.
  • Present solutions and summary of proposals to clients
  • Ensure the company is positively represented at all times
