Adkins & Cheurfi are looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary with Audiotyping responsibilities for our client in the North East
The position will involve working closely with the fee earners and other secretaries to provide full secretarial and administrative support. As the Private Client Secretary, you will ensure that the fee earners are able to make the best use of their time by comprehensively dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks and using a solution-focused approach.
The day-to-day role will include preparation of correspondence, enclosures, and documents from digital dictation, completion of legal forms, diary management, assisting clients with queries, email and call management for fee earners, general administration tasks such as photocopying, scanning, production/certification of documents, file opening and file closure
Discretion, confidentiality, and flexibility are essential along with the following experience:-
· Previous Legal secretarial experience
· Minimum typing speed of 65 wpm · Experience using the case management system · An excellent eye for detail ensuring quality and accuracy · Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft packages · Excellent planning and communication skills · Demonstrate an ability to multitask and prioritize a full secretarial workload under pressure · Provide support as part of a team but with ability to work independently |
