Employment Law Legal Secretary, Newcastle Upon Tyne

I am looking to grow the employment tean within a Newcastle based Law firm in recruiting an experienced Employment Law Legal Secretary. The Law firm would consider this posiiton as either a part time or full time role. 

The main responsibiliites of this role will include;- 

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Employment Department.
  • Manage diaries and schedule appointments.
  • Perform audio typing and transcribe dictations accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle correspondence and documentation with attention to detail.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and uphold the firm’s professional standards.

The following skills and experience are relevant:

  • Good speed and accuracy when typing
  • Knowledge of word processing systems
  • Experience of working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of legal terminology
