Legal Cashier

Main Responsibilities:-

  • Giving basic, clear advice on all aspects of conveyancing;
  • Maintaining client confidentiality at all times;
  • Using Ochre Soft Intelliworks ;
  • Opening and maintaining neat files in accordance with office procedures;
  • Confirming instructions and advice to clients in writing;
  • Conducting negotiations with other parties;
  • Managing your case load to ensure that cases are progressed, closed and billed as appropriate;
  • Referring matters to other practitioners within the firm as appropriate;
  • Undertaking training and developing;
  • Earn fees at a minimum of 3 times your salary per annum;
  • Ensuring that all time spent is recorded;
  • Ensuring adherence to AML and GDPR regulations at all times;
  • Any other tasks as required by the Directors commensurate with the role.

Legal Secretary

Adkins and Cheurfi Recruitment are delighted to be hiring on behalf of a leading North East law firm. We are looking for a confident, driven legal secretary to fill the permanent position, with a salary of £21K-£22.5k per year.

Main Responsibilities:-

  • Audio typing or copy typing of letters and other documents.
  • Receiving and dealing with telephone calls, taking messages, and answering simple enquiries.
  • Dealing with file creation and organisation in line with office and Lexcel requirements.
  • Under guidance of fee earner, seeing clients to take instructions and complete forms.
  • Diary maintenance.
  • Liaising with the firm’s account department and following accounts procedures. • Archiving of closed files.
  • Any other tasks that may be required.

Our client is the global leader in non-invasive aesthetic treatments, originating 14 years ago in Australia with over 200 clinics world wide, every day they deliver results-driven skin treatments laser hair removal and cosmetic injections.

The role:

You will be responsible for providing superior customer service, laser skin and hair removal treatments and skin treatments to clients and assisting in the day to day operations of the clinic.

Success will be measured by:

  • Customer satisfaction, you will be working as part of a high performing team, ensuring customers are your priority at every point of contact.
  • Achieving sales targets, a strong focus on upselling and cross selling promotions and packages.

  • Manage stock and consumer items and replenish as required.

The perfect candidate will have:

  • NVQ/VTCT Level 3 Beauty – Required.
  • Laser and aesthetics industry experience preferred however not essential.
  • Sales experience.
  • Passionate about beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding in skin biology.
  • Skin assessment and treatment skills.
  • Friendly and consultative disposition.
  • Team oriented.

This role can be part time or full time. Clinic is open 7 days a week but there are no set days – our client is flexible with working times and days for the right candidate.

Adkins & Cheurfi Recruitment are recruiting an Events and Administration Assistant on behalf of a leading construction partner in Sunderland at an exciting time of growth. This role will support the organisation’s Events team and will also provide administration services to sector theme groups, as well as adhoc support to the Chief Executive.

The Events & Admin Assistant role is responsible for providing a pragmatic and pro-active day-to-day general administrative function within the office. We are looking for a highly motivated and customer focused person, this role is based on either a full or part-time basis with flexible working hours (to be discussed upon application).

Key Responsibilities include: –

  • Posting on social media, the company website and utilising mailchimp.
  • Invoicing – ensuring invoices are sent for events, membership & chasing payments.
  • Managing the Club membership database – liaising with members, ensuring their certificates are sent.
  • General admin duties.
  • You will occasionally be required to travel to Newcastle to attend company meetings (1-2 times a month).

Skills, Knowledge and experience required: –
