We are Looking for a Residential Conveyancer – Newcastle and Gateshead based

I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to join a successful property team.

Your work will consist of residential conveyancing, both sale, and purchase. It can be a fast-paced environment so experience of handling a large caseload of up to 150 conveyancing files from commencement to completion is essential.

The Client prides themselves on their reputation for exceptional service so excellent client care, as well as good verbal and written communication skills, are crucial.

Depending on experience and workload the successful candidate may also have the opportunity to undertake some wills and probate work.
