Adkins & Cheurfi have a brilliant opportunity for a Property Solicitor to join an established Solicitors practice based in Durham City Centre.
The role is for a Commercial Property Solicitor and the ideal candidate will be responsible for many varied and often complex caseloads. The ideal candidate will be comfortable representing the business and their huge range of customers across the country advising on several matters.
Candidate responsibilities
- The sale, purchase and lease of land or property
- Development, infrastructure and planning projects
- Property finance and investment
- Leasehold management
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Regeneration projects
- The drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts
- Mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and disposals
- Property litigation
