The Role

Our Client is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Senior Associate or Partner into their modern state of the art office in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

You will work alongside the experienced team on a range of Commercial Property matters. Following the recent restructure, the firm is planning a significant expansion, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive, ambition and experience to lead the team.

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters including:

-Acquisition and disposal of Commercial Property
-Landlord and tenant
-Investments
-Land development
-Commercial leases

The firm is entrepreneurial and so are looking for determined individuals to join the team who have a strong work ethic. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern firm with a fresh outlook and outstanding Partnership prospects.

Requirements

-You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Partner with 8 PQE +
-You will have excellent technical knowledge of a range of matters
-A strong regional reputation and contacts is highly advantageous
