Residential Conveyancer (Fee Earner) Newcastle Upon Tyne

Attend to clients of the Firm on a regular basis;
Drafting and approving various legal documentation;
Conduct legal research where appropriate;
Sale contract issues;
Dealing with post completion matters;
Sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and some right to buy matters;
Networking with clients with the aim of increasing the current presence of the Residential Conveyancing department;
Resolving complex and technical queries;
Managing an agreed caseload of clients in consultation with the Partners;
To run all conveyancing procedures on the firm’s case management system whilst providing an excellent level of client care;
Handling a caseload of residential property files to include sale and purchase files and shared ownership, help to buy, remortgage and equity;
Undertaking all aspects including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity, buy to let, first buy, new builds and re-mortgages;
Freehold and leasehold titles;
Managing own caseload;
Be actively involved in business development activities.
