A leading balloon manufcaturing targeting B2B retailers on a national scale. Our client is a fun and active company with a family feel, they are rapidly growing and value design, collaboration and excellence. This position is within the hours of Monday-Friday (9am-5pm). 

About the position:


This is a newly created role for the organisation due to business growth, we are looking for someone who is confident working both independently and also in a team environment. You will play a key role in managing and organising office operations to ensure a smooth and well-organised work environment. Your day-to-day schedule will consist of the following;

  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating with relevant vendors as needed.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Apply strong project management skills to coordinate and execute various projects within specified timelines.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
  • Monitor project deadlines, identify potential risks, and proactively address issues to ensure successful project completion.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment by providing support to team members and actively participating in team activities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new team members and contribute to their successful integration into the company culture.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • An abiliity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in deadline monitoring and task execution
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Driving license with access to own vehicle
